Jake's family came down & visited us last wednesday...we had so much visiting with them, we hadn't seen them in 3 months! We did lots of swimming, we went to Old Town Albuquerque, & went on the biggest Tramway in the world, it's probably about 1,000feet in the sky & 2.7 miles long. Needless to say I feared my life! I just sat there clinging to a bar looking at the floor while everyone enjoyed the scenery & the tour guide made small jokes about the cart breaking :( I was so sick to my stomache, ugh! when we did get to the top it was beautiful! We ate at the restaurant at the top, which was fun. Then when it was time to get back on the cart, I started freaking myself out, I didn't wanna get back on but Jake told me if I didn't go I would have to live at the top of the mountain forever, he made a great case so I got on the tram again & stared at the floor once again. When you would go past the wheels turning the cables the cart would shake & my heart about dropped every single time, I am glad I will never have to do that again! Monday came & we were sad to see the family go but we will see them soon! Dax & Harrison were so funny together, I can't wait till they are just a little bit older so they can be fully entertained by eachother, they will be best friends!
*******Dax is basically walking, it's not his main transportation cause he is such a fast crawler, but he loves to do it & is so good at it, he can about a dozen steps, I need to post a video of it, I am such a bad mom I haven't even recorded it yet :( He has been doing it for over a week now! ALSO he is giving high 5's, low 5's, & he is finally clapping, it's more of a golf clap, what can I say he is just a classy guy!****Dax & Harrison

Dax & Grandma E

These are so cute! See, you are a pro at this stuff! You need to teach me more. Anyway, I would be scared to death of that tram too. But I think we should go do it anyway. What do you think?
Oh, I'm right with ya! I HATE heights, and I really mean hate them! That's great that Jakes family came down, how fun! And I can't wait to see a video of Dax walking!
Wow sounds like Albuquerque is a pretty fun place to be! Although that tram did look scary... I might have just offered to live at the resturant forever
WOW!! That would FREAK me out too!! AAHH. Dax is such a little man. Seriously, he's not even the same baby boy I saw a few months ago! What a handsome boy! Hope you guys are having a fun summer. It's almost over :)
P.S. No...no names yet, can you believe it? Seriously, we can't even think of one we really like. I want a name that really means something, there are lots of those! We just have to start thinking about it. This is how it has been with all our kids so far...we never know until the "day of" haha :) Have any suggestions?
